What are your working hours and availability?
My standard studio hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I strictly reserve weekends to disconnect and recharge so that I can bring my absolute best creative energy to your edits during the week. If you submit an inquiry or message me over the weekend, I will review it and reply first thing on Monday morning!
Do you use screen-recording or time-tracking software?
I do not work with desktop trackers or time-monitoring software. I operate strictly on a flat-rate per project or monthly retainer basis. My clients pay for the final, high-converting result and my creative expertise, rather than the exact minutes I spend inside the editing timeline. This allows me to focus entirely on delivering top-tier quality and hitting our agreed-upon deadlines without the friction of micro-management.
What do you need from me to get started?
To ensure the best results, I usually need:
Your raw footage or script.
A brief outlining the goal of the video and your target audience.
Any specific brand guidelines (logos, fonts, brand colors).
Examples or references of editing styles you like.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround times depend on the scope and complexity of the project. For short-form content (Shorts, Reels, TikToks), I typically deliver within 24–48 hours. Larger projects like VSLs or full commercial edits usually take between 3 to 5 business days. We will agree on a firm deadline before any work begins.
How many revisions do you include?
I want you to be 100% thrilled with the final product. Every project includes two (2) standard rounds of revisions. This allows us to dial in the pacing, music, and text exactly to your liking. Additional revision rounds can be added for a small supplementary fee.
How do we share large video files?
I prefer using cloud storage solutions like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Once we start a project, I will set up a shared folder where you can seamlessly drop your raw footage, brand assets, and briefs, and where I will deliver the final exports.
Do you generate the AI avatars and voiceovers, or do I need to provide them?
I can do both! If you already have AI-generated assets, I can seamlessly edit them into a high-converting ad. If you are starting from scratch, I can help generate realistic AI avatars and professional text-to-speech voiceovers using industry-leading AI tools.
How does your pricing work?
I offer flexible pricing depending on your needs. For one-off videos, I charge a flat project fee based on the video's length and complexity. For clients needing consistent content (like daily shorts or weekly YouTube videos), I offer discounted monthly retainer packages.
